This bungalow was purchased for the plot to build Oak Leigh as seen at the top of the main page.

The roof has been stripped off, steels have been installed supporting steel purlins and  the external walls have been built up to a new raised plate height.

The the roof has been designed by Read Brothers from Norwich and is a cut roof with top hat trusses.
